课上看的，前半段很不错，很有激情。但越往后看越不知道他到底想讲啥，说是拍现场吧，也没好好拍现场，时不时的还去拍下幕后，又穿插些有的没得的训练片段。貌似这个 ross bro就是这个风格。。
